Dilworth Bottoms, White Carr Bobbin Mill, |
The mill was built about 1850 by James Bennett. It was destroyed by a fire c. 1887, was rebuilt and worked until about 1908 when it was abandoned. By 1913 it was in ruins. At its peak the mill drove 5 circular saws and 22 lathes, employing 41 men.
